- Conversion rate from the US dollar to Philippine peso for room charge purposes are based on prevailing posting rate as determined by the hotel
- Contrated rate is inclusive of 12% governement tax & 10% service charge
- Rates are valid for both FIT and GIT bookings
- Extra person is charged Php 750 per head, if 12 yrs and up; 11 and below, no charge
- Extra bed is Php 750 / U$D 15 net, exclusive of breafast
- Additional Breakfast per person is Php 300 (American Dish); Php 250 (Filipino Dish); Php 200 (Continental)
- Transfers: Land and boat round trip transfers per pax:

CHECK – IN / CHECK – OUT
1. Standard check-in time is at 2PM, while check-out is at 12NN. Early arrivals or late check-outs until 2 PM may be arranged but is subject to room availability and needs coordination with the Reservation’s Office. For check-out until 3 PM, one third of confirmed room rate shall be applied, if until 6PM, a half day charge shall be applied. For check-out beyond 6PM, a whole day or full rate charge shall be applied.
2. Reservations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to guest arrival date before the same can be confirmed or guaranteed. Otherwise, booking will be automatically released.
CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY
1. Reservation without voucher at least (7) days prior to the date of arrival shall automatically cancelled unless written request for revision is provided.
2. Cancellation for confirmed reservation made (4) days prior to the date of arrival shall be charge at (50%) percent of the total amount.
3. No refund shall be extended for cancellation made (3) days or less prior to date of intended stay.
4. No refund shall be applied during peak season.
5. If the guests fail to arrive on the expected date of arrival, a NO SHOW fee equivalent to one-night stay shall also be charged.
